All of our smoothies are created to be delicious simply with fresh water. However, if you prefer a creamier texture or a sweeter taste, you can create your own mixes with plant-based milk (soy, almond, oat, etc.) or juices! For the quantity, the easiest way to measure is to cover the smoothie cubes with the liquid of your choice. For a healthy snack, use 4 cubes, and for a full breakfast, 8 cubes. Feel free to adjust the cubes-liquid ratio to find the perfect consistency for you!
