Skip an order

If you're going on vacation or planning to be away for a few weeks, you can easily skip orders in your online account directly 😊! Here's how to proceed : 

1- Once logged in, right below your customer dashboard, click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

3- Under the section MANAGE UPCOMING ORDERS, click on the button “Skip order” on the order you’d like to skip. 

To resume a skipped order, simply press the “Resume order” button. You can skip up to 7 orders in a row.
