Here’s how to prepare our delicious smoothies:
1- Pop the cubes in a glass/mason jar. 8 cubes for a full breakfast, 4 for a snack.
2- Add your favorite liquid (we recommend your favorite plant-based milk, we love oat milk) to cover the cubes and wait 20 minutes. It leaves you plenty of time to get ready while the cubes melt.
3- Shake & drink.
For a quick smoothie, place the cubes in a blender and mix everything together. This can also help create a creamier texture!⏰
