Directly in your account, you can track your orders by clicking on the tab called: Order Status
Some of the carriers have a tracking number that will be available the day before delivery. It will also be found in the email titled “Yay, your EVIVE products will arrive this week!" in the clickable link “see my order”. This email sometimes falls into the spam folder.
If you do not have a tracking number, you will receive an SMS advising you of your delivery.
