We understand that you want to follow the journey of your smoothies up to their final destination! Here’s how:
We work with several carriers in order to deliver our smoothies across Canada. Some of them have a tracking number that will be available the day before delivery, on Tuesday. It will be found in the email titled “Yay, your EVIVE smoothies will arrive this week!" in the clickable link “see my order”.
Because some carriers do not have a tracking number, it may not be available for your order. Don’t worry, your package will still be delivered within the agreed timeframe (Wednesday or Thursday, between 8AM and 20PM). In addition, our Wellness Guides are always available by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), by phone (514-819-3116) and even by chat if you have any concerns or questions.
