At Evive, we offer a subscription system that renews automatically. Recurring orders are always invoiced on Friday morning according to a 2 or 4 weeks frequency. 😊
Once your first order is placed, you will have access to your customer account and can easily manage your next orders. You can change your flavours and skip orders as needed.
For each order, we’ll contact you 3 times:
- The first email is sent out on Wednesdays, before the invoice date, letting you know your order will be renewed. At this point, you can make all possible changes via your online account.
- The second email will be sent out on Fridays to confirm the order. At this point, no changes can be made. However, if you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team.
- Last but not least, a third email will be sent before your delivery letting you know that your order is on its way!
