Once you’ve placed your first online order (YAY!), you will need to activate your account. To do so, open the email named: Important - Customer account activation - Evive Smoothie. In this email, simply click on the big red button “activate your account” and that’s it! Once this is done, you have access to your account at ANY time.
Please note that if you placed your order on our French website, you’ll need to connect to the same URL and vice-versa.
