Yes, our delicious smoothies can be given to children! In fact, children simply love them. Who said kids don’t like to eat good fruits and vegetables? 😋
We recommend giving about ½ wheel (4 cubes) to children for an excellent breakfast or for an afternoon snack after. Note that the Cashew Mocha smoothie contains a small amount of caffeine.
For soups, we recommend giving about ½ wheel as well (3 cubes).
