You always have 12 hours after payment for your order to contact us so that we can cancel it for you. Once the order is paid, you cannot cancel it in your account directly. You absolutely have to go through us.
For recurring orders, we always send an email on Tuesday before you are billed to notify you that an order is approaching and another one on Friday morning to confirm the order.
When you receive the Tuesday email, you have until midnight Thursday to skip the order if needed.
