I understand how stressful the word “subscription” can sound sometimes, especially placed after “online”. But don’t worry, this is not a marriage contract 💎 During your first order, you’ll be selecting the delivery frequency you desire. Once that’s done, your order will automatically be renewed in order to make sure you are never out of smoothies at home. Although, you can easily:
- Change your smoothie flavours
- Change the size of your box
- Change your delivery address
- Change payment method
- Skip orders
- Cancel your order
- Pause your subscription
Before each shipment, we’ll contact you 3 times:
1- The first email will be sent out on Mondays, 5 days before the invoice date, letting you know your order will be renewed with an email titled: Good News! Your order is shipping soon.
2- The second email will be sent out on Fridays with the invoice: Confirmed order # XXXXXX. At this point, no changes can be made. However, if you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team . At this moment, you can make any changes you want directly in your account or you can contact our Customer Service team until Thursday, Midnight.
3- Last but not least, a third email will be sent on Tuesdays letting you know that your order is on its way!

You can also skip up to 8 orders in a row easily if you just need a break or pause your subscription.
